Dissolvable ones dissolve, non-resorbable ones do not.
Fillers such as Radiesse eventually dissolve, but this can take a long time in certain areas of the face such as the nose. By "a long time" I mean 2 years or occasionally longer. Hyaluronic acid gels, on the other hand (Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, etc.), not only dissolve and resorb more quickly, but if need be their dissolution can be sped up with the injection of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. This property makes HA fillers very forgiving... more

Fillers in the nose
Most fillers that are deemed resorbable will eventually disappear after 6-12 months with some lasting a bit longer.

Fillers dissolve completely
A cross linked hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvederm does dissolve.  The result typically lasts 6 months. The filler is broken down by the body are removed.  However, some inflammatory tissue and scar at the site of injection may remain.

Temporary tissue fillers absorb completely.
However the length of time varies with the product. Juvederm and Restylane last 4 to 6 months. A bit longer than elsewhere in the face as there is less movement at the nose. Radiesse lasts longer, a year or two. There are few surgeons using permanent fillers at present. Injectable rhinoplasty is great for minor irregularities and small augmentations. Unfortunately it can't make a nose smaller, so its not suitable for many noses. However it those cases where it is indicated, it works... more

Non-surgical rhinoplasty
Yes they can dissolve completely but it depends on the product that is being used. Some fillers will last less than a year while others will last up to 5 years. Permanent fillers have also been used but are largely unpopular. see video

Depends on the filler used
This is a great question that we get in our practice a fair bit and that we have looked into. In fact, we in association with our colleagues reviewed the largest series of injectible rhinoplasties done by anyone to date.I don’t want to make this a long diatribe about the merits of injectible rhinoplasty and if the aesthetics make a lot of sense, except to say that you should recognize that most people getting rhinoplasty want their nose at least slightly smaller whereas injectible... more

Fillers Do Dissolve
While fillers do dissolve over time, the time it takes to dissolve does vary. There are also some studies to suggest that some fillers create inflammation that can persist even after the filler is gone.
